By downloading, installing, or using the HairHub mobile application or visiting our website at hairhub.live (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

HairHub is an AI-powered hairstyle visualization platform that allows users to browse hairstyle catalogs and preview how different hairstyles would look on them using artificial intelligence technology. The Service is available as a mobile application and through our website.

User Accounts

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or if you violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or its AI technology

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, AI technology, content, and branding, is owned by HairHub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the hairstyle preview feature.

AI-Generated Content

The hairstyle previews generated by our AI are approximations and may not perfectly represent how a hairstyle would look in real life. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angle, and other factors. HairHub does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated previews.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payments are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HairHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, loss of data, or service interruptions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HairHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
